中西医结合辨证论治糖尿病肾病的疗效分析

摘要

目的分析中西医结合辨证论治糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法回顾性分析2010年7月-2012年7月高州市人民医院收治的100例糖尿病肾病患者的临床资料。结果与对照组相比，观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显较高，二者相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论中西医结合辨证论治糖尿病肾病具有良好的疗效，能够显著改善各指标情况，值得临床推广。%　　Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of the integrative diagnosis in treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods Retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 100 cases of diabetic nephropathy patients who were admitted to our hospital from July, 2010 to July, 2012. Results Compared to the control group,the observation group patients’total efficiency was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The integrative diagnosis has good clinical effect in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy,it can significantly improve the patients’ indicators and deserves to be widely promoted in the clinical.
