Objective Explore the earely rehabilitation nursing for elderly femoral neck fractures aftertotal hip replacement surgery. Methods From March 2010 to April 2011 in our hospital, 46 cases with femoral neck fractures after total hip arthroplasty , were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 23 cases in each group. The control group were treated with routine postoperative care, the observation group were given early rehabilitation nuring. The walking ability and life self-care ability of the two groups were compared. Results Patients in the observation group and the control group were compared between the patients in the observation group, the rate of excellent and good of the control group was 95.66%, the excellent and good rate of observation group was 60.87%. The effectiveness of treatment group were significantly higher than the control group patients were observed, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The self-care ability and hip activity of eldly femoral neck fractures after total hip arthroplasty were significantly improved by early rehabilitation care. It is worthy of clinical application.% 目的探讨老年股骨颈骨折全髋关节置换术后早期康复护理方法。方法选择2010年3月-2011年4月收治的老年股骨颈骨折全髋关节置换术患者46例，随机分为观察组和对照组各23例，对照组患者给予术后常规护理，观察组患者在术后给予早期的康复护理。比较两组患者在术后一年的行走能力和生活自理能力。结果观察组患者与对照组患者比较，观察组治疗总优良率为95.66%，对照组患者的优良率为60.87%。观察组患者治疗有效性明显高于对照组，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论通过对老年股骨颈骨折全髋关节置换术患者实施早期康复护理，能够显著提高患者的生活自理能力和髋关节活动度，值得在临床上广泛推广。
