同型半胱氨酸和D-二聚体在缺血性脑血管病诊断中的价值

摘要

Objective To analyze homocysteine and D-dimer's in the diagnosis and treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods In our hospital from October 2011 to August 2011 80 cases with ischemic cerebrovascular patients and 50 cases of normal person were chosen, the level of homocysteine and d-dimer test were analyzed. Results Homocysteine and D-dimer of ischemic cerebrovascular disease were obviously higher than normal group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical use of homocysteine and D-dimer can make a diagnosis and give treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease,judge accurately, the effect significantly, it is worth for spreading application.%　　目的分析同型半胱氨酸和D-二聚体在诊治缺血性脑血管病中的意义.方法对2011年10月~2012年8月期间乐山老年病专科医院收治的80例缺血性脑血管病患者(试验组)和50例正常人(对照组)进行同型半胱氨酸和D-二聚体的检测.结果试验患者的同型半胱氨酸和D-二聚体的含量明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论临床中应用同型半胱氨酸和D-二聚体诊治缺血性脑血管病，判断准确，效果显著，值得推广应用.
