目的探讨孕期系统化管理对妊娠期糖尿病母儿结局的影响.方法选取2010年3月~2012年3月广东省东莞市妇幼保健院收治的108例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇,随机分为A、B两组.A组仅进行妊娠期糖尿病常规护理,而B组孕妇则实行孕期系统化管理,比较A组和B组母婴的结局.结果B组孕妇妊娠期高血压疾病、羊水过多、产褥感染发生率明显低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组围产儿早产、巨大儿、新生儿畸形、新生儿窒息、新生儿低血糖发生率明显低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论孕期系统化管理可明显改善妊娠时母婴结局.%Objective To investigate the effect of pregnancy systematic management in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods The clinical data of one hundred and eight maternal who were treated in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2012 were collected,then they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,maternals in group A and group B, group A were gestational diabetes routine nursing,maternals in group B were nursing measures under the mode of pregnancy systematic management,the outcomes of the maternal and child were compared between the two groups. Results The rate of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy,polyhydramnios and puerperal infection were lower in group B than group A (P<0.05), the rate of premature delivery,fetal macrosomia,neonatal deformity,neonatal asphyxia and neonatal hypoglycemia were lower in group B than group A (P<0.05). Conclusion The outcome of pregnancy systematic management obviously improve maternal and infant during pregnancy.
