过敏性鼻炎儿童发病情况及其生活质量的调查研究

摘要

Objective To conduct studies and surveys, analysis of the incidence of school-age children with allergic rhinitis and quality of life, affecting the quality of life of children causes. Methods The survey randomLy selected 5556 children in Panyu District, Guangzhou City, Shilou 10 primary. 2950 male, 2606 female, of all children's quality of life survey, the contents of the questionnaire, including the basis of children's gender, age, incentives disease, treatment of the environment, such as last year academic performance, and quality of life studies such as sleep state, the state of mind during the day, and academic performance. Results The male and female prevalence is not statistically significant (P> 0.05), allergic rhinitis affects children sleep, academic performance and mental state during the day. Conclusion Parents and education departments should strengthen the attention of children with allergic rhinitis.%　　目的对学龄儿童过敏性鼻炎的发病情况及生活质量进行研究和调查，分析影响儿童生活质量的原因.方法随机选取广州市番禺区石楼镇10所小学的5556名儿童进行问卷调查.其中男2950名，女2606名，对所有的儿童进行生活质量问卷调查，问卷的内容包括患儿的性别、年龄、诱因、疾病基础、治疗环境、上年度学习成绩等，并进行生活质量研究，如睡眠状态、白天精神状态、学习成绩.结果男女患病比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，过敏性鼻炎主要影响患儿睡眠、学习成绩及白天精神状态.结论家长和相关教育部门应加强对儿童过敏性鼻炎的关注度.
