提高药物流产成功率的临床效果观察

摘要

目的探索提高药物流产成功率的方法.方法通过对1245例应用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇片(PG)终止早孕的健康妇女随机分组，药流同时加服益母膏，并于第3 d肌注缩宫素为治疗组，纯药流组为对照组，观察两组的完全流产率及流产后阴道出血情况.结果治疗组完全流产率96.83%，对照组89.42%，阴道出血情况两组差异有高度显著性(P<0.01).结论药物流产术中合并使用益母膏、缩宫素，能缩短阴道出血时间，减少出血量，明显提高流产成功率，疗效显著.%Objective To detect the improve successed ratio of drug abortion methods.Methods 1275 women abortion with mifepristone and misoprostol were divided randomLy into treat group and control group, treat group simultane given Yi-mu-wang in take medicine and injecting Oxytocin on third day, those in control group don’t give else medicinal . Results The treat group succeed ratio of abortion is 96.83%,the control group is 89.42%,the vagina bleeding time those treat group than those control group was significantly shorter(P<0.01). Conclusion The can improve succeed ratio and reduce vagina bleeding time and reduce blood loss, reasonable and timely adopted Yi-mu-wang and Oxytocin in medicinal abortion.
