CT的Topogram像在下肢全长摄影方法中的应用研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the application of com puted topogram( CT) in the who lelower limbs. Methods Patients need to be lower limb length measurement by using MSCT scan in patients getting double lower limbs is a complete image Results The images not only could show the who le low er lim bs on a sing le film, but be intact. The im ages a lso could be used for m easuring the length of leg, the angle be tween the axises of the thigh and the magnifying really. Conclusion Reasonable application of CT topogram images can achieve double lower limbs full quality image,using the powerful function of MSCT can also be used for the clinical diagnosis and treatment provide more help.%　　目的探讨CT的Topogram像在下肢全长测量中的应用。方法对需要进行下肢全长测量的病人运用螺旋CT扫描得到双下肢全长(髋关节至踝关节)的完整图像。结果所获得的下肢全长的图像，不仅是从髋关节到踝关节都能清晰地显示，而且图像完整，可进行长度测量、角度测量、图像缩放等的应用。并能根据临床需要，对感兴趣区进行扫描。结论合理应用CT Topogram图像，就能取得双下肢全长的优质图像。运用MSCT的强大功能还可为诊断和临床治疗提供更多的帮助。
