腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗中晚期结直肠癌的比较研究

摘要

目的：比较腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗中晚期结直肠癌的临床疗效。方法采用与同期开腹手术相比较的方法，将行中晚期结直肠癌切除手术的患者分为腹腔镜组(n=37)和开腹组(n=36)，比较2组围手术期情况、术后随访情况。结果腹腔镜组术中出血量、肛门排气时间、术后住院日数及术后并发症均明显减少，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；术后主要并发症也明显减少，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论腹腔镜行中晚期结直肠癌切除术创伤小，术后恢复快，根治性确切，具有可行性、安全性及微创优势。%Objective To investigate the safety of laparoscopic surgical treatment for locally advanced colorectal cancer and clinical effect. Methods Compared with open operation with the same period, the method of patients with locally advanced colorectal cancer resection surgery can be divided into laparoscopy group (n=37) and laparotomy group (n=36),compare two groups of perioperative and postoperative follow-up.Results Laparoscopic group intraoperative blood loss, anal exhaust time, postoperative hospital stay and postoperative complications were significantly reduced (P<0.05),the main postoperative complications also decreased signiifcantly(P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic middle-late colorectal cancer resection small trauma, postoperative recovery is fast,exact,radical have feasibility,security and minimally invasive advantage.
