泌尿外科腹腔镜手术常见并发症原因分析与预防措施

摘要

Objective To investigate the causes, the treatment measures and prevention measures of complications of laparoscopic operation in Department of Urology.Methods The clinical data of 200 cases was analyzed, who were operated in the Department of Urology laparoscopic of our hospital from 2010 Jan to 2011 Jun. Summarize the causes of laparoscopic complications and treatment measures.Results 25 cases occurred complications, accounted for 12.20%(25/200).Of which, 21 cases were occurred during the operation, accounted for 10.5%(21/200), 7 cases were occurred after operation, accounted for 3.50%(7/200). And of which 18 cases were occurred among the ifrst 100 patients, accounted for 72.00%(18/25).Conclusion The complications of laparoscopic operation in Department of Urology were closely related to the surgical operation method and operation skills. Understanding the characteristics of the complications and improving the operation skills can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications of laparoscopic operation in Department of Urology.%目的：探讨泌尿外科腹腔镜手术常见并发症发生的原因、处理措施及预防措施。方法选取2010年1月～2013年6月株洲恺德心血管病医院泌尿外科收治的行腹腔镜手术治疗的患者200例，总结分析常见并发症发生的原因及处理措施。结果25例发生并发症，发生率为12.20%（25/200）。其中术中并发症21例，发生率为10.5%（21/200），术后并发症7例，发生率为3.50%（7/200）。18例并发症发生在前100例手术中，占72.00%（18/25）。结论泌尿外科腹腔镜手术并发症与手术操作方法和手术操作的熟练程度密切相关。了解泌尿外科腹腔镜手术并发症的特征，不断提高腹腔镜手术的操作水平，可以有效减少泌尿外科腹腔镜手术并发症的发生。
