结肠癌采用腹腔镜根治术与传统开腹手术治疗的临床效果分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic radical operation with the traditional open operation in the treatment of colon cancer. Methods 68 cases of patients with colon cancer, the observation group for the average (laparoscopic radical surgery group, n=34) and control group (conventional open operation group, n=34), compared two groups of patients in peri operation period of observation index and postoperative complications. Results The observation group patients in peri operation period were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05);Complication rate was signiifcantly lower than that of the control group were the patients in the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic radical resection in the treatment of colon cancer clinical effect is signiifcant, worthy of promotion.%目的：探讨采用腹腔镜根治术与传统开腹手术治疗结肠癌的临床效果。方法选择68例结肠癌患者，平均分为观察组（腹腔镜根治术组，n=34）和对照组（传统开腹手术组，n=34），比较2组患者的围手术期观察指标及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者围手术期观察指标显著优于对照组患者（P<0.05）；观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组患者（P<0.05）。结论腹腔镜根治术治疗结肠癌的临床效果显著，值得推广。
