中医临床护理教学路径在临床护理教学中的效果

摘要

Analyze the effect of traditional Chinese Medicine clinical nursing teaching path in clinical nursing teaching.Methods Choice 60 nurses practiced in the hospital, divided them into observation group and control group, 30 in control group, teach with traditional teaching method, teacher use class teach or target teach, according to the actual situation, and should be examinedand complete the satisfaction questionnaire at the end;30 in observation group,use traditional Chinese Medicine clinical nursing teaching path,first week, study the systems of the hospital and practice contents of each department, patients and nursing points,data collection methods and instruments writing; Second week: learn the principles and characteristics of Chinese medicine nursing, oxygen inhalation, intravenous, transfusion reaction, stage of disease prevention and treatment; Third week,traditional Chinese Medicine guidance of common disease, Fourth week, learn the use of common emergency medicine, departmental rotation examination.Results The observation group performed significantly better than the control group, and have higher satisfaction with teaching. Conclusion TCM clinical nursing teaching path can effectively improve the clinical care and teaching achievements, carry forward Chinese medicine.%分析中医临床护理教学路径在临床护理教学中的效果。方法选择广东省肇庆市中医院的护士60名，随机均分为2组（n=30）。对照组使用传统的带教方式带教，采用目标制、跟班制等方式，带教老师依据实际情况进行教学，出科时进行出科考核并填写满意度调查表。观察组使用中医临床护理教学路径教学。第1周：熟悉医院制度，各科室实习内容，患者病情与护理事项，数据收集方式，文书书写；第2周：学习中医护理的原则与特点，氧气吸入、静脉注射、输血输液反应、疾病分期预防和治疗；第3周：科室常见疾病中医指导；第4周：心肺复苏、吸痰法，常用急救药品的使用，出科考核。结果观察组护士的成绩明显好于对照组，且对带教的满意度较高。结论中医临床护理教学路径能有效提高临床护理教学成绩。
