支持性心理护理对精神分裂症伴抑郁情绪患者的疗效观察

摘要

Objective Discuss effect observation on patients with schizophrenia and depression by means of supporting psychological care. Methods To select 60 patients with depression are divided into 30 cases as a research group and other 30 cases as a control group at random, of which control group is treated by conventional drug therapy and basic nursing care; and of which research group is treated by supporting psychological care, in addition to conventional drug therapy and basic nursing care; After interference in them for about 8 weeks, one round of Nurses 'Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation (NOSIE) is conducted in order to evaluate nursing effect.Results The illness of the research group grew better significantly than the control group after 8 weeks,moreover, the difference ofboth groups shows statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion It suggests a large effect that supporting psychological care will promote the patient with depression soon to be restored to health.%探讨支持性心理护理对精神分裂症伴有抑郁情绪患者的疗效。方法选取2009年1月～2012年1月广州市民政局精神病院收治的精神病患者60例，均为男性，随机均分成2组（n=30）。对照组给予常规药物治疗和基本的护理，研究组在常规药物治疗和基本护理外还给予支持性的心理护理，在干预8周后进行一次护士用住院患者观察量表（NOSIE）评定护理疗效。结果研究组8周后病情较对照组有明显改善，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论支持性心理护理对抑郁情绪患者早日康复有明显效果。
