川芎嗪注射液穴位注射治疗偏头痛84例临床观察

摘要

目的：观察川芎嗪注射液穴位注射治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法选取吉林省中医药科学院84例偏头痛患者，取患者侧风池、阳陵泉、阿是穴共3～4个穴位，每穴注射川芎嗪注射液和维生素B 12注射液混合液1 mL,隔天1次，5次为1疗程，2个疗程后评价疗效。结果84例患者中痊愈8例，显效32例，好转40例，无效4例，总有效率为95.24%。结论穴位注射川芎嗪注射液治疗偏头痛疗效可靠，值得临床推广。%Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Ligustrazine Injection point injection in the treatment of migraine. Methods In 84 patients with migraine,Take a side Fengchi,Yanglingquan, Ashi point 3-4 point,Each acupoint injection of ligustrazine injection and vitamin B 12 injection of mixed liquid of 1 mL,Tertian 1,5 times for 1 course of treatment, evaluation of curative effect after 2 courses. Results In 84 case,8 cases were cured,32 cases were markedly effective, 40 cases improved,4 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 95.24%. Conclusion Point injection ligustrazine injection treatment migraine curative effect is reliable. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
