清喉利咽汤的制备及临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective To introduce our homemade clear throat, pharynx soup preparation method and quality standards, and evaluate its clinical curative effect observation. Methods Preparation of medicinal broth methods using ordinary process, and the clinical curative effect observation compared with commonly used drugs pharyngitis piece. Results The medicinal broth preparation method is feasible, and does not appear in the process of clinical application of apparent adverse reactions;The clinical efficacy of clear throat, swallow one cure rate is 52.50%;The control group is 41.25%;Treatment group total effective rate was 93.75%, the control group was 86.25%, the treatment group was better than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Clear throat soup preparation methods of safe and reliable;Obvious effects of the treatment of chronic pharyngitis, suitable for clinical application.%目的：介绍深圳市第二（福田）中医院自制清喉利咽汤的制备方法及质量标准，并对其临床疗效进行观察评价。方法采用普通工艺制备汤剂，并对其临床疗效与常用药物咽炎片进行对比观察。结果该汤剂制备方法可行，且在临床应用过程中未出现明显不良反应；临床疗效清喉利咽汤剂治愈率为52.50%；对照组为41.25%；治疗组总有效率为93.75%，对照组为86.25%，治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清喉利咽汤制备方法安全可靠；治疗慢性咽炎效果明显，适合临床推广应用。
