甲氨蝶呤配伍米非司酮辅助治疗剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕部妊娠的临床观察

摘要

目的：分析和探讨甲氛蝶吟配伍米非司酮治疗术后子宫瘢痕部妊娠的临床效果。方法选取湖南省郴州市中医院2011年1月～2013年4月接收的18例剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕部妊娠患者作为研究对象，随机均分为实验组和对照组（n=9），实验组采用甲氨蝶呤配伍米非司酮辅助进行治疗，对照组单用甲氨蝶呤进行治疗。结果实验组中患者的治疗效果显著优于对照组，其中实验组9例患者中有8例（88.89%）治疗效果比较显著，仅有1例（11.11%）未达到预想的治疗效果。对照组中有6例（66.67%）治疗效果比较显著，有3例（33.33%）未达到预想的治疗效果，2组均无严重不良反应事件。结论甲氨蝶吟配伍米非司酮在治疗剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕部妊娠具有良好的效果，可以在临床上进行推广。%Objective To analyze and investigate the clinical effect of atmosphere pterin combined with mifepristone in treatment of postoperative uterine scar pregnancy. Methods Took the 18 cases of cesarean scar pregnancy patients treated in Chenzhou city of Hunan province hospital from January 2011 to April 2013 as the research object, and were randomLy divided into experimental group and control group(n=9), the experimental group were treated by using methotrexate combined with mifepristone in auxiliary treatment, the control group were treated only with methotrexate. Results The efficacy of the patients in experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the side effect is small. Conclusion Methotrexate combined with mifepristone in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy has good effect, can be applied in clinic.
