心理护理干预对经尿道前列腺等离子电切术患者心理状态的影响分析

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on cases who accepted TURP. Methods 82 cases who accepted TURP in the hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 41 cases in each group.All cases were given conventional nursing care, based on this cases in observation group were given psychological nursing intervention, used the self rating depression scale (SAS) and self rating anxiety scale (SDS) to evaluate the mental state of cases. Results SAS score and SDS score of cases in the observation group was significantly better than that in control group, there was significant difference between the groups (P<0.05), the mental state of cases in observation group was significantly better than cases in control group. Conclusion Taking effective psychological nursing intervention to cases who accepted TURP during operation period can improve the mental status, ensure the success of operation and recovery of postoperative.%目的：探讨心理护理干预对经尿道前列腺等离子电切术（TURP）患者心理状态的影响。方法将中国海洋石油南海西部医院2011年2月-2013年10月收治的82例择期行TURP患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组41例。两组患者均给予常规护理，观察组患者在此基础上给予心理护理干预，采用抑郁自评量表（SAS）和焦虑自评量表（SDS）对两组患者的心理状态进行评价。结果观察组患者的抑郁与焦虑自评分均明显优于对照组患者，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），观察组患者的心理状态明显优于对照组患者。结论通过对TURP手术患者实施心理护理干预能使患者保持良好的心理状态，从而保证手术的成功和患者术后的恢复。
