目的：探讨无创正压通气治疗急性肺水肿的临床疗效。方法选择2010年3月-2012年3月收治64例急性肺水肿患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上采用无创正压通气治疗，比较两组患者临床疗效。结果观察组患者治疗2 h、24 h后有效率（56.3%、96.9%）明显高于对照组（43.8%，75%），两组数据对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论药物与无创正压通气相结合治疗对急性肺水肿疗效显著，值得临床推广。%Objective To investigate the non-invasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of acute pulmonary edema clinical efifcacy. Methods 64 cases of acute pulmonary edema were retrospectively analyzed from March 2010 to March 2012 in our hospital. The control group was received conventional treatment, the observation group was given noninvasive positive pressure ventilation based on the conventional treatment. The effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The efifciency of the observation group after 2 h, 24 h was 56.3%and 96.9%, while the control group 43.8%and 75%, the difference of the two groups was statistical signiifcance (P<0.05). Conclusion It is effective that drug therapy combined with noninvasive ventilation for the treatment of acute pulmonary edema.It is worthy of promotion.
