目的：观察中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征的疗效。方法选择2010年3月-2012年11月收治的80例多囊卵巢综合征患者，分别给予中西医结合治疗（观察组，n=40）和西医治疗（对照组，n=40），并比较两组的疗效。结果观察组疗效(92.5%)、1年正常妊娠率(72.5%)都明显优于对照组(75.0%、45.0%)患者，治疗后观察组患者的睾酮(T)(0.55±0.21)和黄体生成素(LH)(5.08±1.44)水平显著地少于对照组[(0.67±0.13)、（7.62±1.53)]患者，但是两组患者的雌二醇(E 2)[(64.22±17.32)、(64.12±15.40)]水平无显著差异。结论中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征的疗效确切、安全，值得临床推广使用。%Objective To observe the effect of combine traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome. Methods Analyzed the clinical effects and safety of the combine traditional Chinese and western medicine (Observation group, n=40) or western medicine (Control group, n=40) for treatment of 80 cases with polycystic ovarian syndrome in our hospital from March 2010 to November 2012. Results The effect and one year normal pregnancy rate in the observation group (92.5%、72.5%) were significantly better than those in the control group (75.0%、45.0%). The level of Testosterone (T) and luteinizing hormone (LH) in the observation group (0.55±0.21、5.08±1.44) were significantly lower than those in the control group [(0.67±0.13)、(7.62±1.53)]. However, there was no significant difference in estradiol (E 2) between two groups [(64.22±17.32)、(64.12±15.40)] . Conclusion The combine traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome is efficacy, safety. It is worthy to be popularized.
