河南省2011~2013年风疹流行病学特征分析

摘要

目的 了解河南省2011~2013年风疹的流行病学特征,为制定风疹的防治策略提供参考依据.方法 利用描述性流行病学方法对河南省2011~2013年风疹疫情资料进行分析.结果 2011~2013年河南省共累计报告风疹病例2095例,年平均发病率为0.74/10万;85.11%的病例集中在<15岁人群,以学生最多,男女发病比为1.57:1;有明显的季节性,以每年的3~6月多发.结论 河南省风疹发病率处于较低水平,仍应加大风疹疫苗接种的宣传,提高风疹疫苗的接种率.%Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of rubella in Henan province from 2011 to 2013, and to provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of rubella.Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on the incidence from 2011 to 2013. Results A total of 2095 cases of mumps were reported accumulatively in Henan province during 2011 - 2013 with the annual average incidence of 0.74/lakh.The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.57:1. Up to 85.11% of the cases occurred in children aged <15 years and most of them were students. Rubella presented obviously seasonal nature, the peak time was March to June.Conclusion The incidence of rubella is lower in Henan province. It is necessary to increase the rubella vaccination coverage and strengthen the health education.
