邓运明教授以“从筋治骨”理念论治登山膝经验浅谈

With the development of social economy, outdoor sports enthusiasts groups increased. Knee joint pain, swelling and lameness syndrome which were named“the climbing knee” by professor Deng Yunming are in common. The disease was summarized as the middle period of knee osteoarthritis knee lesions by taking anatomical characteristics of knee joint as foothold and combiningg with traditional Chinese Medicine Physique Theory. Professor Deng also put up with the theory of treating bone from tendon ,interpret the features and pathogenesis of“the knee osteoarthritis” ,provide ideas of treating and preventing“the knee osteoarthritis” in Chinese Traditianal Medicine.%随着社会经济发展，户外运动的爱好者群体增多，常见膝关节疼痛，肿胀，跛行等病证。邓运明教授以膝关节解剖特点为立足点，结合传统中医筋骨理论，归纳本病症为膝骨关节炎初中期病变，命名登山膝。提出登山膝从筋治骨理念，并阐释膝骨关节炎筋痹阶段的病变特点和病机转归，为膝骨关节炎的中医药防治提供思路。
