This article reviews the evaluation process of performance appraisal and distribution patterns in public hospitals, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the performance appraisal model based on the cost accounting, introduces and analyzes a new performance appraisal model based on"the performance measures and quality control”in our hospital.%本文回顾公立医院绩效考核与分配模式的演变过程,分析以成本核算为基础的绩效考核模式的利与弊,介绍了湖北省荆州市第一人民医院现行的以“工作指标与质量控制”为基础的新绩效考核分配模式,并对这一模式进行了分析。
