胃镜治疗与内科治疗治疗消化性溃疡出血的临床效果比较

摘要

目的：比较胃镜治疗与内科治疗治疗消化性溃疡出血的临床效果。方法选择103例消化性溃疡出血患者作为观察对象，并随机将患者分为胃镜治疗组（n=51）和内科治疗组（n=52），比较2组患者临床治疗效果。结果胃镜治疗组患者临床总有效率为94.1%，高于内科治疗组（92.3%），2组比较差异无统计学意义；但胃镜治疗组显效患者36例（70.6%），显著高于内科治疗组患者22例（42.3%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论应用胃镜方法和内科保守治疗方法对消化性溃疡出血患者进行治疗，虽然两种方法在总有效率上差异无统计学意义，但胃镜治疗方法显效率明显高于内科治疗组。%Objective To compare the effect of gastroscope treatment and medical treatment in the treatment of peptic ulcer.Methods 103 patients with peptic ulcer bleeding in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2013were chosen as research object, and were randomly divided the patients into gastroscope treatment group (n=51) and the medical treatment group (n=52), clinical therapeutic effect of two groups were compared.Results Gastroscope treatment group patients clinical total effective rate was 94.1%, slightly higher than the medicine treatment group (92.3%), the difference between the two groups had no statistical signiifcance; but gastroscope treatment group of 36 cases (70.6%) patients had marked effect, is signiifcantly higher than medical treatment group (22 cases, 42.3%) patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Although the two methods have no obvious differences in total effective rate, but gastroscope treatment method efifciency is signiifcantly higher than the medicine treatment group. At the same time, gastroscope treatment has high security.
