基于生物材料创面敷料封闭负压引流在四肢毁损伤治疗中的应用研究

摘要

目的：探讨基于生物材料创面敷料的封闭负压引流在治疗四肢毁损伤中的疗效。方法随机将48例四肢毁损伤患者均分为2组（n=24）。所有患者均行外科清创手术，观察组患者选择生物材料创面敷料封闭负压引流治疗，常规组患者采用传统换药方式进行治疗。比较2组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组住院时间(24.8±2.7)d，常规组(50.7±7.8)d，观察组明显短于常规组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；二期封闭创面前，观察组肉芽组织新鲜度优良率100.00%（24/24），常规组70.83%（17/24），观察组明显高于常规组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新型生物材料创面敷料可以充分引流，明显降低了多次清创换药的次数，减小了对患者身心的伤害，提高了患者的生活质量，为二期封闭创面创造了有力的条件。%Objective Discuss the seal negative pressure drainage based on biological material wound dressings, destroyed in the treatment of limb injury in curative effect.Methods 48 patients with limb destructive injury were randomly divided into 2 groups (n=24). All patients underwent surgical debridement surgery, observation group of patients choose wound dressings seal negative pressure drainage treatment of biological materials, conventional group of patients treated with traditional treatment methods. Compare two groups of clinical therapeutic effect.Results Observation group length of hospital stay (24.8 ± 2.7) d, (50.7 ± 7.8)d for regular group, observation group signiifcantly short the conventional group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05); phase ii closed front, observation group of granulation tissue were ifne rate was 100.00% (24/24), conventional group was 70.83% (17/24), observation group is signiifcantly higher than the conventional group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion New biological materials for wound dressings can fully drainage, signiifcantly reduced the number of repeated debridement dressing, reduced the physical and mental harm to patients, improve the patient's quality of life, create the powerful conditions for phase ii closed wound.
