颈4神经根颈椎病的诊断与治疗

Objective To study the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of neck 4 nerve root cervical spondylosis treatment.Methods By this group of 12 cases of cervical 4 analyzed the diagnosis and treatment of patients with nerve root cervical spondylosis.Results All cases received follow-up, 12-18 months follow-up time, satisfaction rate of 100%.Conclusion Correct diagnosis and proper treatment is the treatment of neck four orientations of notable curative effect on cervical spondylosis of nerve root.%目的：探讨颈4神经根颈椎病的诊断及治疗。方法通过本组12例颈4神经根颈椎病患者的诊断及治疗进行分析。结果本组病例均获得随访，随访时间12～18个月，满意率100％。结论正确的诊断，恰当的治疗，是治疗颈4神经根颈椎病取得显著疗效的根本方法。
