经阴道彩色多普勒超声对宫颈妊娠的诊断价值

ObjectiveAnalysis ultrasonographic and CDFI features of cervical regnancy, To explore the diagnostic value of cervical pregnancy with transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography flow imaging (TV-CDFI).MethodsExamed 15 cases of patients with cervical pregnancy by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound examination, and to compare with the clinical pathological diagnosis.ResultsIn 15 cases, 14 cases of cervical pregnancy, 1 case of inevitable abortion. All confirmed by operation or pathology.ConclusionTV-CDFI is the preferred examination in early diagnosis of cervical pregnancy, it has an irreplaceable role.%目的：分析宫颈妊娠的超声声像图及彩色多普勒血流显像特征，探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声对宫颈妊娠的诊断价值。方法应用经阴道彩色多普勒超声检出宫颈妊娠15例，并和临床病理诊断进行对照。结果15例超声诊断宫颈妊娠患者中有14例确诊为宫颈妊娠，1例为难免流产。均经临床或病理证实。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声是早期诊断宫颈妊娠的首选检查，有不可替代的作用。
