二氧化锆全瓷冠与铸造全瓷冠在前牙美容修复中的效果比较

摘要

目的：探讨二氧化锆全瓷冠与铸造全瓷冠在前牙美容修复中的效果。方法将接受前牙美容修复的120例患者纳入研究对象，随机分为2组，给予二氧化锆全瓷冠修复的观察组（n=60）和给予铸造全瓷冠修复的对照组（n=60），观察2组患者前牙的美观和治疗效果、基牙相关指标及咀嚼功能。结果观察组患者修复后1周和6个月时外观满意率（94.68%、93.62%）、治疗成功率（96.81%、91.49%）、菌斑指数（1.31±0.21）、咬合力（102.4±18.2）lbs、咀嚼效率（1.46±0.09）均明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；牙龈指数（0.35±0.08）、出血指数（0.41±0.07）、松动度（0.51±0.08）明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论二氧化锆全瓷冠修复有助于改善疗效和美观程度，保护基牙和咀嚼功能，具有积极的临床价值。%Objective To study the effect of zirconium oxide porcelain teeth and casting porcelain teeth in anterior teeth restoration.Methods Patients received anterior teeth restoration were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group given zirconium oxide porcelain teeth restoration and control group given casting porcelain teeth restoration. Then beauty, treatment effect, abutment teeth related indices and masticatory function were observed.Results Observation group satisfaction appearance (94.68%, 93.62%), treatment success rate (96.81%, 91.49%), plaque index (1.31±0.21), bite force(102.4±18.2)lbs, chewing efifciency (1.46±0.09) were signiifcantly higher than control group; gingival index (0.35±0.08), bleeding index (0.41±0.07), loose degrees (0.51±0.08) were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Zirconium oxide porcelain teeth restoration has clinical value for it can improve the treatment effect and beautiful degree, protect abutment teeth and masticatory function.
