安氟醚吸入麻醉对患者血清钾、钙、镁离子的影响

摘要

Objective To study the enflurane inhalation anesthesia effects on serum potassium,calcium and magnesium ions.Methods Randomly selected 50 cases admitted to hospital from June 2011 to December 2012 I studied patients with surgical treatment to be carried out.During the experiment,testing each of these 50 cases before anesthesia and continuous inhalation of enflurane in patients with 30min of serum potassium, calcium,and magnesium ion concentrations.Results 50 patients were statistically significant difference in potassium concentration before and after anesthesia(P<0.05),no statistically significant differences in the concentration of calcium ions (P>0.1),magnesium ion concentration difference is significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Anesthesia with enflurane inhalation for patients,maintaining serum potassium,calcium and magnesium ions in patients with stable can effectively prevent arrhythmia occurs.%探讨安氟醚吸入麻醉对患者血清钾、钙、镁离子影响。方法：随机选取我院2011年6月至2012年12月间收治的50例拟进行手术治疗的患者作为研究对象。在试验中，分别检测这50例患者在麻醉前和持续吸入安氟醚30min时其血清中钾、钙、镁离子的浓度。结果：这50例患者麻醉前后的钾离子浓度差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），钙离子浓度的差异无统计学意义（P＞0.1），镁离子浓度的差异具有显著性（P＜0.001）。结论：在采用吸入安氟醚的方式为患者进行麻醉时，保持患者血清中钾、钙、镁离子浓度的稳定可以有效预防心律失常的发生。
