高校服务地方基础教育的思考与行动

摘要

高校服务地方已成为社会的一个热点，被认为是具有中国特色的高校发展之路。统观以往研究，在经济技术领域方面的实践研究较深入，而在服务地方基础教育方面实践研究较少。以往高校服务地方基础教育多是采取课题指导形式，存在很大局限。通过行动研究实践探索高校挂职服务地方基础教育的有效途径，具有重要的现实引领意义和普遍推广价值。%Colleges and Universities serving the local development has been a hot topic. It is thought of as the route of developing colleges and universities with Chinese characteristics. Much practical research has been done in how colleges and universities serving the economic and technological development, but the field of colleges and universities serving the local basic education is underexplored. Colleges and universities used to serve the local basic education in the form of guided research projects, usually with limited impact. Carrying out action research while serving temporary positions is an effective way for colleges and universities to serve the local basic education, which is realistic and has promotion values.
