移动互联时代教师专业发展的特征、现状及路径

         

摘要

移动互联时代是指通信技术与网络技术融合背景下的时代,这个时代的显著特点是网络信息移动化.移动互联时代技术与社会的合奏促进了教师专业理念的加快变革,社会背景和学习环境融合促发了教师知识的加速更新,智力与技术的整合促使教师专业能力的提升快捷.现实的状况是教师虽然认识到移动互联时代对专业理念、专业知识、专业能力的发展要求越来越高,但在行动中努力不够,为此,在信息化的环境下,采取有效的方法以培植教师良好的师德修养,坚定从教的信念,进而形成坚实的专业知识,精湛的专业能力.%In the age of Mobile Internet,the integration of technology and society expedites the transformation of teachers' professional concepts;the combination of social background and learning environment accelerates teachers' knowledge updating;the interaction of intelligence and technology promotes teachers' professional competence.The present situation is that many teachers realize the age of Mobile Internet has higher and higher demands for their professional concepts,knowledge and competence,but they do not make concerted efforts in reality.Therefore,in the environment of informationization,it is significant to adopt effective methods to help teachers master solid professional knowledge and develop great professional skills by means of cultivating professional ethics and strengthening their belief in teaching.
