天然气集输系统水合物抑制剂用量优化

             

摘要

In natural gas gathering and transportation system, it is easy to form hydrates to block pipelines under low temperature condition in winter, and using hydrate inhibitor is the most commonly used hydrate suppression method in practical engineering. In this paper, according to the actual situation of A gas well in P gas field in winter, the dosages of three hydrate inhibitors were optimized by using PIPESIM software, and their effects were compared. The results showed that the optimal injection amounts of methanol and ethanol were 65 and 200 L/d respectively, and when the ratio of methanol to ethylene glycol was 3:2, the hydrate inhibition effect was the best. The study can provide a reliable optimization method for the dosage of alcohol inhibitors in gas field gathering systems to reduce the production costs.%天然气生产和运输系统容易在冬季低温时形成水合物堵塞管道,水合物抑制剂注入法在实际中是比较常用的方法,针对P气田A气井冬季的实际情况,通过运用PIPESIM软件分别对三种水合物抑制剂用量进行优化,并对其效果进行比较.结果表明,甲醇、乙醇的最优注入量分别为65、200 L/d,甲醇和乙二醇配比为3:2时,水合物抑制效果最好.该研究为气田集输系统提供了可靠的醇类抑制剂用量优化方法,降低了生产成本.
