变频泵流量调节在输油系统中应用分析

     

摘要

With entering the later stage of oil field development, oil field output declines year by year, the original pumps in oil transferring system can not run efficiently, which has resulted into increasing of energy consumption. Many pumping stations have adopted the frequency control to solve this problem. In this paper, how to use the frequency control under different conditions to adapt decreasing of throughout was discussed, which can make pumps work in high efficiency zone and lower energy consumption. How to choose frequency pumps under five different conditions was analyzed. The results show that combination of small frequency pumps and large pumps with constant speed has good effect for flow control.%随着油田开采进入后期,油田产量逐年递减,原有泵站运行的泵不能在高效区工作,造成大量的能耗增加.许多泵站都采用变频调速的办法来来解决这一问题,在何种工况下采用变频使流量调节范围更大来适应目前输量递减这种工况,并且使泵在高效区工作已达到最大限度来降低能耗.通过对同型号、不同型号泵在并联条件下如何选择变频的5种工况进行定性分析得出:小泵调频和大泵定速调节流量范围最大,而且并不是所有工况采用变频都能够节能.
