在对抽油机井的抽油杆柱设计时,通常会忽视抽油杆柱组合的选择.但是当泵径为定值时,抽油机四杆机构效率随着抽油杆柱重量的增大而降低,井下功率损失随之越多,成本也加大.因此,抽油杆组合的合理选择至关重要.经过抽油杆的受力分析后,根据抽油杆柱近似等强度的设计方法,给出了抽油杆的组合设计步骤.%When designing the sucker rod string of pumping wells, reasonable selection of the sucker rod combination is usually ignored. When the diameter of pump is fixed value, the efficiency of four-bar linkage of pumping unit reduces with increasing of sucker rod string weight, and subsurface power loss increases, the cost also increases. Therefore, the reasonable selection of sucker rod combination is crucial. In this article, through stress analysis of the sucker rod, according to the sucker rod string approximate equal strength design method, the step of sucker rod combination design was put forward.
