自交联核壳型二聚酸改性丙烯酸酯防锈乳液的制备及应用

摘要

Using methyl methylacrylate (MMA ) and butyl acrylate (BA ) as the core , polymer of dimer acid monomer and methyl methylacrylate and butyl acrylate as the shell, the core-shell dimer acid containing acrylate latex was obtained via pre-emulsion and semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization. Effect of amount and proportion of dimer acid monomer, amount and adding way of crosslink agent(HEMA)on the polymerization process was discussed,and the antirust effect of the emulsion was analyzed.%　　采用预乳化-半连续滴加法合成技术，合成以甲基丙烯酸甲酯（MMA）和丙烯酸丁酯（BA）为核，然后再以二聚酸单体和二者进行复配预乳化滴加聚合成壳，具有核壳结构的乳液。讨论了二聚酸用量、配比，交联单体（HEMA）用量以及加入方式等因素对核壳聚合过程稳定性的影响，并讨论乳液的防锈效果。
