苯噻草胺的三废治理

摘要

针对苯噻草胺生产过程中产生的有害废气(二巯基苯并噻唑和光气化反应生成α-氯苯并噻唑和氯化氢)和废液(合成酰化物水洗产生的和合成苯噻草胺水洗抽滤过程产生的)，采用合理的工业治理方法，使其达到国家排放标准，并且使治理的废水可回收再用，从而达到保护环境的目的。%Aiming at the waste gas (α-chlorobenzophiazole and hydrogen chloride) and waste liquid in the production process of mefenacet, the suitable method was use to treat them. Treated waste gas can meet the national emission standards, and treated wastewater can be reused, which can attain the destination of protecting environment.
