Ball mills have been widely used in the industries, but the level measurement of the mill has been the constraint of the economic operation of ball mill system. In this paper, a kind of noise characteristic spectrum selection method based on the noise signal level measurement methodology was researched. The results show that using principal component analysis can get useful frequency range 0~5 kHz;the waveforms obtained by the original signal and the PCA eigenvectors transform are basically the same.% 球磨机已经在工业领域得到了广泛的应用,但磨筒内的料位测量一直是球磨机系统经济运行的制约因素。以噪声信号料位测量方法为依据,研究一种噪声特征频谱的选择方法,经分析得出:通过分析噪声主分量分析的特征向量可以得到有用频段范围为:0~5 kHz;通过原始信号与PCA特征向量变换得到的波形基本一致。
