以溶胶-凝胶法、相分离法及常规干燥处理手段制备了三维贯通大孔氧化铝材料.用扫描电镜(SEM)观察所得材料具有200~600 nm的均匀分布且贯通的连续大孔孔道.550~900℃焙烧后,晶相由非晶相向γ相转变.550℃焙烧下,其BET比表面积为314 m2/g,孔壁由以9 nm为中心的较为集中的介孔分布.核磁共振结果显示氧化铝材料由三种铝氧多面体组成.%Macroporous alumina with interconnected three-dimensional structure has been synthesized via sol-gel process, phase separation and conventional drying procedure. The SEM images show that the material is interconnected to form uniform bicontinuous macroporous channels, and the size of macropores is controlled in the range of 200 nm to 600 nm. After heat treatment in temperature range of 550℃to 900℃, crystalline phases transform from amorphous phase toγ-Al2O3. After heat treatment at 550℃, the dried gel possesses BET surface area of 314 m2/g, and the material has median pore size of 9 nm. The solid-state 27Al NMR spectrum proves that the alumina is composed of three kinds of aluminum-oxide polyhedrons.
