聚合物凝胶堵漏剂的研究及应用

摘要

With the exploitation of new unconventional oil and gas resources, the problems caused by the circulation loss are becoming more and more frequent. In this paper, hydroxypropyl guar was determined as polymer, and poly titanium siloxane was determined as crosslinking agent through different polymer systems’ gelation time tests, viscosity tests and gel temperature resistance tests, and polymer gel plugging agent formula was determined. At the same time, performance of the formula was evaluated. The practical application shows that the polymer gel plugging agent can achieve the plugging for severe circulation loss in special strata, and has good value.%随着新型非常规油气资源的开采，钻井过程中井漏所引起的问题也越来越频繁。主要通过不同聚合物体系成胶时间及粘度分析实验和凝胶抗温性评价实验确定了以羟丙基瓜尔胶为聚合物和以聚钛氧烷为交联剂的凝胶堵漏剂配方，并对所研制体系的性能进行评价，最后，现场实际应用表明所研制的聚合物凝胶堵漏剂可以实现对特殊地层的恶性漏失进行封堵，具有良好的应用价值。
