油田集输管道防蜡技术研究进展

摘要

Technical difficulties in wax inhibition for gathering and transportation pipelines were analyzed, and common wax inhibition techniques were summarized. Electromagnetic induction tracing, skin electric current tracing, chemical and electro-magnetic method for wax inhibition were mainly introduced. Their mechanisms, application and choke points were discussed. Through a comprehensive comparation of several techniques for wax inhibiting and removing, the basic principles for choosing wax inhibition means were determined.%分析了含蜡原油地面集输系统的难点，综述了目前常用的防蜡技术方法，重点介绍了电磁感应伴热输送、集肤效应伴热输送、加剂输送及井口电磁防蜡技术，阐明了各自的原理、研究应用情况及存在的问题。通过几种方法的分析比较，确定了地面集输系统选择防蜡方法选择的基本原则。
