苯乙烯储存方案设计及保冷计算

摘要

根据苯乙烯的性质对其存储过程中所存在的问题进行阐述，分析了温度、氧含量、阻聚剂、存储设备对苯乙烯聚合的影响。根据各个影响因素，提出了相应的注意事项及应对措施。另外，根据实际项目进行储罐保冷方案选择、冷负荷计算及设备选型。%Based on the properties of phenyethylene, the problems during storing phenyethylene in the tank were introduced. The influence of temperature, oxygen content, inhibitor content and storage equipments on phenylethylene polymerization was analyzed. According to the various influencing factors, the corresponding precautions and solutions were put forward. In addition, the selection of tank cold insulation program and cooling load calculation and equipment selection were also introduced according to actual project.
