确保2250热轧粗轧机主轴螺栓的紧固质量的研究

2250 hot rolling R1, R2 mill uses the connecting way of stud bolt connection between intermediate shaft and the main motor, the form of clearance fit is used between stud screw part and connected holes. Based on working experiences, typical aluminum coagulants were modified, and effect of the coagulant dosing quantity on removing organic matter was investigated.%2250热轧R1、R2轧机中间轴与主电机之间采用以双头螺栓连接的连接方式，双头螺栓的螺杆部分与连接孔之间采用间隙配合形式。基于工作经验，改进制备了典型形态的铝系混凝剂，进行了混凝剂投加量对混凝去除有机物效果的研究。
