对石化企业HSE管理体系运行的一些体会

摘要

在石油企业越来越注重安全生产的今天，石油企业同时适应国家政策及自身需求，担负政治、经济、社会三大责任，在新形势下推进企业安全文化是必然趋势。简要阐述了对于HSE管理体系运行的理解，分析了石油石化企业HSE管理中一些存在的问题和好的做法，提出了一些建议。%Today oil companies pay more and more attention to the safety of production, the oil companies have to adapt to national policies and their own needs and take political, economic and social responsibility, so to promote enterprise security culture is the inevitable trend. In this paper, the HSE management system was described, some problems in enterprise HSE management were analyzed, and some suggestions were put forward.
