PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically generate significant new groups.;SOLUTION: A group member management device 10 is used in a group communication system 100 performing communication among members belonging to the same group to manage members belonging to each group. In the group member management device 10, a use history management unit 12 collects use history information of communication performed among members belonging to an existing group.
