低界面张力起泡剂筛选

     

摘要

Surfactant can be adsorbed on the oil-water interface to reduce the oil-water interfacial tension, which can decrease the adhesion work to improve the ability of washing oil. So the configuration and screening of the surfactant solution play a important role in improving oil recovery. Not only is the extent of different surfactant reducing oil-water tension different, but also the foaming property of surfactant varies from one to another. Aiming at 16 different kinds of surfactants, improved Ross-Miles method and TX-500c spinning drop interfacial tensiometer were used to screen out ideal foaming agent respectively from the aspects of the surfactant foam performance and reducing the oil-water interfacial tension. The actual operation and experimental results show that, the foaming ability of HK-MAC,KB-6 is great, surfactants JVR-35 and 20110702 can better reduce the oil-water interfacial tension. But from the aspects of the foaming properties of surfactants and reducing oil-water interfacial tension,JVR-35 is the best.%表面活性剂吸附在油水界面上,使油水的界面张力降低,减小粘附功,从而提高了洗油能力,所以从油田提高采收率的角度看,表面活性剂溶液的配置与筛选起到十分重要作用。不同表面活性剂不仅对油水界面张力降低程度不同,而且起泡性能也各有差异。针对16种不同的表面活性剂,采用改进Ross-Miles法和TX-500C旋转滴界面张力仪,从起泡性能和降低油水界面张力两个方面来筛选出理想的起泡剂。根据实际的操作和实验结果,HK-MAC、KB-6等表面活性剂起泡性能强;JVR-35、2011040301等能更好地降低油水界面张力;但从表面活性剂的起泡性能和油水界面张力两个方面来考虑JVR-35表面活性剂最佳。
