PSOLUTION: The foaming agent and/or foaming stabilizer for drinks are (is) made from at least one kind selected from the group consisting of soybean polysaccharides, Arabian gum, gellant gum, xanthan gum and Cyamoposis Gum. As a result of this, fine homogeneous foam can be produced. Furthermore, it is possible to form fine foam with excellent appearance like beer when pouring into a glass by including the foaming agent and/or foaming stabilizer in drink in which carbon dioxide is poured and to make foam retentivity excellent.
