COMSOL Multiphysics有限元软件数值模拟气液两相流的可行性研究

     

摘要

In multiphase flow experimental pipeline system, the experiment plan and process of gas-liquid two-phase flow in upward inclined pipe were designed,and flow characteristics of gas-liquid two-phase flow were described. Then by using COMSOL Multiphysics software, numerical simulation research of the volume fraction of two-phase flow in 30° upward inclined tubes at different time was carried out, the feasibility of using COMSOL Multiphysics software in numerical simulation of gas-liquid two-phase flow was identified. The results show that analysis results of gas-liquid two-phase flow pattern in inclined pipe by using COMSOL Multiphysics software are basically consistent with results of indoor experimental methods, so COMSOL Multiphysics software has high credibility, can be used in analysis of gas-liquid two-phase flow pattern.%在多相流实验管路系统中,设计向上30°倾斜管道中气液两相流的实验方案和流程,进行气液两相流流型实验研究,并绘制气液两相流流型图。再利用COMSOL Multiphysics软件,对向上30°倾斜管中气液两相流中不同时刻的体积分数进行数值模拟研究,验证COMSOL Multiphysics应用于气液两相流的可行性。结果表明采用COMSOL Multiphysics软件数值模拟向上倾斜管道中气液两相流流型的分析结果与室内实验法结果基本一致,可信程度较高,可作为分析气液两相流流型的主要方法之一。
