质谱法检测甜菜碱含量室内实验研究

     

摘要

A method to detect content of sulfobetaine in Yumen oil field produced fluid was established by using ultra performance liquid chromatography with mass spectrometric detector. Chromatographic conditions are as follows:stationary phase Waters BEH C18 column; mobile phase-A water, and mobile phase-B methane acid and methanol(1 000:5);flow rate 0.3 mL/min; chromatographic column temperature 25℃;capillary voltage 1.5 kV; boring voltage 30 V;scanning method positive ion scanning .Experimental result demonstrates that, when concentration of the sulfobetaine is less than 60 mg/L, the peak area shows has good liner relationship with sample concentration, the error is less than 5%. This method easy to operate and can be used in production of Yumen oil field.%应用Waters质谱检测器,建立一种应用反相超高液相色谱-质谱检测器直接检测玉门油田采出液中磺基甜菜碱的分析方法。本方法采用Waters BEH C18色谱柱1.7μm(2.1×50 mm),以A:水,B:甲醇+0.5%甲酸为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为0.3 mL/min,柱温25℃,毛细管电压1.5 kV,锥孔电压30 V,扫描方式SIR 436正离子扫描,对玉门油田所用的R型磺基甜菜碱进行实验室内模拟分离检测。当R型磺基甜菜碱质量浓度在0~60 mg/L范围内,其峰面积与进样量成较好的线性关系,重复率高,大于97%,应用玉门油田现场采出液的加标回收率在95%~102%之间,相对误差小于5%。结果表明,该方法操作方便,结果准确,可以指导玉门油田现场实际生产工作。
