内循环式水力旋流油水分离器的研究

     

摘要

介绍了现代石油行业所面临的主要问题并提出油水分离工作在石油行业内占据着不可或缺的地位,是一项顺应时代发展,提高资源充分利用与开发和环境保护的重要工作,并综合概述油水分离技术的现状.叙述了重力沉降与离心分离两种分离方法的基本原理.通过分析两种方法的优缺点,结合前辈对分离技术的研究,在此基础上提出全新的油水分离结构,即内循环式水力旋流油水分离器.通过设计制造设备,利用实验来研究新结构的可行性.%Main problems of the modern petroleum industry were introduced, and it's pointed out that the oil-water separation work occupies an indispensable position in the petroleum industry. It is an important work to adapt to the development of the times, to improve the full use and development of resources and the protection of environment. In this paper, the present situation of oil-water separation technology was summarized, and the basic principles of gravitational sedimentation method and centrifugal separation method were discussed, their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed. Combined with the research results of separation technology, the internal circulating hydrocyclone oil-water separator was put forward. And the feasibility of the new structure was verified by experiments.
