一种新型阻燃外墙外保温材料制备研究

     

摘要

Aiming at the flammability defect of traditional organic exterior insulation materials, combined with the advantages of thermal insulation and bulk density of inorganic thermal insulation materials, a novel flame retardant exterior insulation material was prepared. Taking JG/T 158-2013 as the standard, orthogonal test method was adopted to determine the best ratio of the materials including light aggregate, chemical admixture and fly ash, vitrified microspheres. Thermal conductivity test, compressive strength test, dry density test and other methods were used to test the properties of prepared insulation materials. The results showed that the thermal conductivity, compressive strength and bulk density of the thermal insulation material prepared with10.5% light aggregate, 22% fly ash, 16% silica fume and 0.25% fibre were 0.053 W/(m?K), 0.052 MPa and 216 kg/m3, which were in line with the test standards. Through the wet-dry cycle test, the microstructure of the material was observed, and the cracks were found in the material before and after the test, which indicated that high strength could be maintained under the wet-dry alternation. Thus, the above tests show that the preparation method of outer wall insulation material is feasible.%针对传统有机外墙保温材料易燃的缺陷,结合无机保温材料在导热和容重方面的优势,提出制备一种新型的阻燃外墙外保温材料.为验证该材料的最佳试验配比,采用正交试验方法,以轻质骨料、化学外加剂和粉煤灰、玻化微珠等作为原材料,以JG/T 158-2013作为标准,通过导热系数、抗压强度、干密度测试等方法对制备的保温材料性能进行测试.通过测试结果表明:当标准材料中轻质骨料10.5%、粉煤灰22%、硅灰16%、纤维0.25%的时候,制备的保温材料导热系数、抗压强度、容重分别为0.053 W/(m·K)、0.052 MPa、216 kg/m3,符合试验标准.通过干湿循环试验,对材料微观结构进行观察,发现试验前后材料为出现裂痕,由此说明在干湿交替下仍可保持较高强度.由此,通过上述的试验表明,制备的外墙外保温材料可行.
