钾钙基聚磺钻井液在红153井区的应用

     

摘要

针对新疆油田二开井身结构的难题开展钻井液技术室内实验研究.分析该区块的地质特点以及不下技套钻井液技术难点,确定采用钾钙基聚磺钻井液体系,结合室内实验,通过对蒸馏水、常规聚磺钻井液以及钾钙基聚磺钻井液采用泥页岩膨胀实验测试方法进行测试,发现浸泡在钾钙基聚磺钻井液中的岩样,24 h后膨胀高度为0.68 mm.确定钾基聚磺钻井液具有较强的抑制页岩水化膨胀和分散的能力.同时进行岩屑滚动回收率评价,钾钙基聚磺钻井液体系对钻屑有很好的抑制分散的作用,钻屑回收率高达85.2%,在现场得到了良好的应用.%The drilling fluid technology laboratory experiment was carried out in view of the difficult problem of the two-open well structure in Xinjiang oilfield. Geological characteristics of the block were analyzed as well as drilling fluid technical difficulties, calcium potassium polysulfonate drilling fluid system was selected for the block. Combined with laboratory experiments, the distilled water, conventional polysulfonate drilling fluid and potassium calcium polysulfonate drilling fluid were tested with shale swelling experiment method. It's found that the expansion height of the rock soaked in potassium calcium polysulfonate drilling fluid for 24 h was 0.68 mm. It's concluded that potassium based sulfonate drilling fluid has strong ability to inhibit shale hydration, expansion and dispersion. At the same time, the cuttings roller recovery was evaluated. The results show that the potassium calcium based polysulfonate drilling fluid system has good effect on inhibiting the dispersion of drilling cuttings. The recovery rate of drilling cuttings is as high as 85.2%, which has been well applied in the field.
