基于晶体化学的菱镁矿可浮性影响因素研究

     

摘要

采用晶体化学理论,能够建立矿物化学成分、构造、形态和物理特性之间的联系并从晶体化学角度予以解释分析,通过实验手段,研究了菱镁矿的电位和原始可浮性特征,并对比不同捕收剂环境下,菱镁矿可浮性的差异,以及化学吸附和静电吸附两种吸附方式的强弱,并得出六偏憐酸钠浓度、水玻璃浓度、金属阳离子、碳酸钠和酸碱度等因素对菱镁矿可浮性的影响规律.%The relationship between the chemical composition, structure, morphology and physical properties of the minerals can be established and explained from the perspective of crystal chemistry. In this paper, the potential and original floatability characteristics of magnesite were studied by means of experimental methods. And the difference of the floatability of the magnesite under using different collectors, the chemical adsorption and the electrostatic adsorption, were compared. The influence law of calgon concentration, sodium silicate concentration, metal cations, sodium carbonate and acidity-alkalinity on the floatability of magnesite was obtained.
